Our story
ShareAndGo is a platform for secure virtual data rooms from MyAndGo, made by Fintech Development Pty Ltd.
ShareAndGo was founded by Andy Carey. The idea came from a simple frustration: traditional virtual data rooms were built for billion-dollar M&A deals, priced accordingly, and completely out of reach for small businesses.
When a small accounting firm or a sole trader needs to share sensitive tax documents with a client, they should not have to choose between an expensive enterprise platform and an insecure email attachment. There had to be a middle ground: something secure, beautiful, and honestly priced.
So we built it. ShareAndGo is a secure virtual data room designed from day one for NZ businesses of every size. Every byte of data stays on Australian infrastructure. Every feature is built with security as the foundation, not a premium add-on.

Your documents are stored and processed in Sydney, Australia, and never leave Australian infrastructure. We believe sovereignty is not optional. It is a requirement.

Enterprise data rooms charge thousands per month. We built ShareAndGo so that a sole trader, accountant, or small firm can afford the same level of security as a multinational.
Apple-grade experience
Security software does not have to feel like security software. We obsess over whitespace, typography, and interaction design because a tool you enjoy using is a tool you actually use.
