How do I approve a clean copy, or turn the watermark off?

Guests see your documents watermarked with their email address and the date, and they can ask you for a clean copy from the viewer. You get an email when someone asks, and you approve or decline it under Recipients. An approval covers one person and one document, even in a room where downloads are off, and you can revoke it at any time.
