Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the credit is applied to your next billing cycle.

Is the free trial really free?

Yes. Paid plans (Starter, Professional, Business) come with a 14-day free trial. When your trial ends you can subscribe. Until you do, you can't add rooms or team members, or upload, above your plan's limits, and your existing rooms and people carry on as they are. Nothing is deleted.

Is my data stored in Australia?

Absolutely. Your documents are stored and processed in Sydney (australia-southeast1) and never leave Australian infrastructure. We take data sovereignty seriously.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Yes. Annual plans save you the equivalent of two months' fees compared to paying monthly. And if you already use SignAndGo, you'll receive an additional 20% bundle discount.
